Custom Photo Engraved Canvas | 8×10 Hand-Finished Artwork

$89.00

Your favorite photo — turned into one-of-a-kind artwork.

Some photos deserve more than a spot in your camera roll.

Send us a favorite photograph and we’ll transform it into a custom 8×10 laser-engraved and hand-finished canvas, created one piece at a time in the On The Mark studio.

Each canvas begins with your photograph. The image is carefully prepared for engraving, the canvas is built up with layers of paint, laser engraved to reveal the artwork beneath, and then finished by hand with painted details and highlights.

The result isn’t a printed photograph or mass-produced canvas. It’s a completely custom piece of artwork created from your image.

From a favorite horse or pet to a wedding photograph, family memory, ranch scene, rodeo moment or memorial piece, each canvas is designed to preserve the character of the original photo while giving it a distinctive, dimensional finish.

Because every photograph and every canvas is different, no two pieces will ever look exactly alike.

How It Works

1. Upload your photo
Choose a clear photograph you love.

2. We prepare your artwork
Your image is converted specifically for the painted and laser-engraved process. This is not simply a filter applied to your photograph.

3. We create your canvas
Each canvas is painted, laser engraved, and individually finished by hand.

4. Your finished piece is ready
You receive a custom work of art built around a photograph that actually means something to you.

Photo Guidelines

For the strongest finished result, choose a photo with:

  • A clear, well-focused subject

  • Good contrast between the subject and background

  • Good natural detail

  • The original/highest-resolution image available

  • Minimal heavy filters or screenshots

Horse and pet photos: Photos where the face, eyes, markings, and body are clearly visible tend to engrave especially well.

You do not need to edit or remove the background before uploading your image.

If you're unsure whether a photograph will work, send us the best version you have. Some images may require additional editing before they can be successfully converted.

Important: Every Canvas Is Unique

This process intentionally combines laser engraving with hand-applied paint.

Variations in paint, engraving depth, texture, highlights, and tonal detail are normal and are part of the handmade character of the finished piece.

Your canvas will be created from your photograph, but the final result is an artistic interpretation designed specifically for this process, rather than an exact photographic reproduction.

That language is important—I would include it. It protects you from a customer expecting the finished piece to look like a conventional photo print.

Great For

Horse and rider portraits, equestrian gifts, pet portraits, ranch and livestock photographs, western photography, wedding and anniversary gifts, memorial pieces, graduation or senior photos, rodeo memories, family photographs, and meaningful milestone gifts.
