Custom Branding Bar Pricing
Create a one-of-a-kind vegan-suede western hat using heated branding irons, western symbols, initials, dates and decorative details. Every hat is supplied by On the Mark and customized on-site.
Classic Brand $95
One hat + one small branded element and basic hat band or cord
Signature Brand $115
Everything in classic + up to 4 branded elements and your choice of feather, playing card or small accessory
Statement Hat $135
Everything in signature + premium pin or brooch choice.
Additional branded elements, premium hat bands, pins, brooches, feathers, cards, and specialty accessories are available for an added charge. Product selection may vary by event
Prices are starting prices and may vary based on hat style, branding complexity, number of characters and selected accessories.
Mix Both Experiences
Can’t choose between patches and branding? Offer both at your event. Guests can select a trucker-style patch hat or create a personalized rancher hat with branding and accessories.
Event minimums apply to both Patch Hat Bar and Hot-Branded Hat Bar bookings.
Larger events, corporate activations, fundraisers and mixed-experience events are quoted separately.
Custom Hat Branding Bar
Choose your hat. Add your mark. Finish it your way.
Start with a rancher or western-style hat in your preferred color and crown shape. Personalize it with branded initials, dates, numbers, symbols, ranch marks or simple custom designs.
Complete the look with leather bands, ribbons, scarves, feathers, playing cards, vintage-style pins, charms, chains and other western-inspired details.
All branding and finishing are completed by On the Mark, so guests can enjoy the experience and leave with a polished, ready-to-wear hat.
Custom logos and more detailed branding must be submitted and approved before the event.
Perfect for: bachelorette weekends, milestone birthdays, western weddings, rodeo events, brand activations, private parties, girls’ nights and corporate gatherings.

Choose your trucker hat, select your favorite patch and decide where you want it placed. We professionally press and finish your hat so it is ready to wear before you leave.
Patch options may include western designs, floral artwork, faith-inspired sayings, ranch themes, team designs, fun phrases and seasonal selections.

Private Event Information
Patch Hat Bar: 8 guests or $360 minimum
Hot-Branded Hat Bar: 6 guests or $600 minimum
Booking deposit: A $150 nonrefundable deposit reserves the date and is applied toward the final event balance.
Custom designs: Business logos, team logos, names, ranch brands and event-specific artwork must be submitted and approved before the event.
Travel: Travel or extended setup fees may apply outside the local service area.
Inventory: Hat styles, colors, patches and accessories are subject to availability.
For large events, prepaid packages, fundraisers or business activations, custom pricing is available.
Outdoor events: require shade, access to power and a weather backup plan
